Once the updated (If need-be) invoice has been paid, shipping will be purchased via UPS or Fedex for overnight shipping with provided tracking.

All Reptiles are given a 24 hour health warranty and are guaranteed to be healthy. In the very unlikely event that a reptile is dead on arrival, you must send us a photo or video for a replacement. Once that is provided, we will replace the reptile with a similar reptile of equal or lesser value or provide you a 50% refund excluding shipping costs. If you decide to get a replacement, we will not cover the new shipping costs. Priority overnight shipping is very safe and we will not ship any reptiles if the given weather conditions are not safe to do so. This entire guarantee is voided if you do not pick up the reptile from a local FedEx/UPS pickup location within 90 minutes of arrival and send proof of doing so.
